3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or enrol in any Evo X Academy programme. By using our services you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Programme Enrolment & Payment

• All fees are stated at the point of purchase and are due in full before access is granted unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
• Prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change programme fees at any time; changes do not affect existing confirmed enrolments.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of our programmes, all sales are final and non-refundable unless a specific refund guarantee is stated in your programme agreement. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at deri@evoxacademy.com within 14 days of purchase and we will review your case on its merits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Evo X Academy — including videos, documents, frameworks, strategies, and community materials — is our proprietary intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

When using our services or community you agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute any programme materials.
• Harass, defame, or harm other members or staff.
• Post spam, unsolicited promotions, or illegal content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our proprietary frameworks.

We reserve the right to remove access without refund for serious breaches of these rules.

8. Results Disclaimer

Any results, case studies, or testimonials shared by Evo X Academy or its members represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of future performance. Trading results vary significantly between individuals based on experience, capital, discipline, and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evo X Academy and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our services or from trading activity undertaken following our education. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant programme.
